Hi Justin Forehand here. I just want for you to get to know me a little better. My family and I (Wife, Callean and three daughters, Renae, Allie, and Morgan or Hurricane RAM as we like to call them) live in Madison, AL. We are a fitness focused family. I am an retired Ultra Runner and have completed seven marathons, three 50ks, Grand Slam (3 50ks and a marathon in three months), and multiple multi-day stage races. I work mostly on functional and strength fitness now. Callean is a triathlete. She has completed multiple triathlons including a 70.3. The kids are amazing dancers and also love to do the fun runs and 5ks.
I am an 22 year Veteran of the Army National Guard with tours to both Afghanistan and Iraq. I retired as a Major in June of 2022.
I became a Realtor because I felt that I could better serve people as a Realtor than being a Defense Contractor. I was a Defense Contractor for over ten years and felt it was time for a change.

Exceed Expectations I could just list your home on MLS and let it syndicate to Zillow and Realtor.com and just sit back but that's not what I do. I get your home in front of buyers through my marketing and social media skills. I make your real estate experience fun and memorable. There's nothing like listing your home and having it go under contract in 24-48 hours or putting in an offer and beating out multiple offers.
Be a Lifetime Student Most people stop learning after high school, college or their trade's required training. If you're not moving foward with knowledge in real estate you're falling behind. I make sure I am studying what the most successful agents are doing and implement the things they're doing in our market.
Build Positive and Fun Relationships What's fun about a real estate transaction? Nothing. All that paperwork. Yuck. We take great pride in building positive and fun relationships so that clients walk away happy with great story to tell others about.
Do the Right Thing Integrity is huge, especially in real estate. It's never a good thing to do shady things especially when you take advantage of someone for your favor. I ensure I do everything right to ensure the transaction ends in favor for my buyers and sellers.
Always Follow Up, Follow Through & Follow Back One of the main ways agents fail is their lack of follow up. Following up is what builds a real estate business. I take it further. I follow up with new people I meet, follow through when I say I'm going to do something and I follow back with past clients to see how they're doing.
Respect Everyone / Treat People Right I don't care what your financial or social situation is or your political views are. That doesn't matter at all to me. Your best interests are what is most important to me. A real estate purchase is usually your biggest purchase you will ever make so I never push you to do something you don't want to do. One thing I think is lacking in our society these days is respect for other people. I was raised to respect everyone and treat everyone right whether it be a janitor or a CEO of a large company. That is engrained in me and is a big part of how I run my business.
