ABOUT THE AUTHOR

JUSTIN FOREHAND

I’m Justin Forehand — a husband, father of three daughters, Army veteran, and intense dad by design. After 22 years of military service and over a decade of raising strong, disciplined girls in a world that rewards comfort over character, I decided to write the book I wish every dad had. The Intense Dad is not just a mindset — it’s a movement to raise leaders, not followers. This is for the fathers who show up, go all in, and refuse to let the world raise their kids for them.
